I am a trained and experienced counsellor with a strong academic foundation in mental health and human wellbeing. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialisation in Counselling, along with a Master's degree in Counselling from a government-certified institute.
With over five years of professional experience, I have worked extensively in student counselling, supporting individuals through academic stress, emotional challenges, career concerns, and personal development. In addition, I bring one year of experience in medical counselling, where I have helped clients and families navigate emotional, psychological, and adjustment-related concerns associated with health conditions.
My approach to counselling is empathetic, ethical, and client-centred. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through their challenges and build emotional resilience.
